How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Items that are in stock will ship between 1-4 business days. If you need faster delivery, please kindly advise us, a surcharge will be applied. Items that are made to order will ship in 4-6 weeks. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.


How do I know my ring size and my bracelet size?

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we highly suggest getting your finger sized by a local jeweler. We will send you the ring size that you order.

How do I care for my jewellery?

It is best to put your jewelry on last when getting dressed. Always remove your jewelry when applying perfume or lotion.

To clean your piece, soak it for 5-10 minutes in warm water with a few drops of mild soap. Use a very soft toothbrush to carefully remove any dirt particles. Rinse in warm water and dry with a soft cloth. A gold polishing cloth is an effective way to remove small scratches and restore a high luster.

How do I place an Order?

Select the product you’re interested, pick your size if necessary, and add to cart. Once you are done shopping you can it the cart (upper right corner) and proceed to check-out.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please contact as fast as possible for any cancellation or changes.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place and order you can simply check-out as a guest. Having an account will give you the advantages to be aware of our private sales and/or any discount codes we may send out.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once we have received payment we will proceed with shipping your order and we will give you a tracking number by email.

How Can I Return a Product?

We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective product for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of a voucher available on the Ellamada’s website. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable and are at your charge.
